Information Collected About You
There are several areas on our Site where we request information from you, which we collect and use to provide the services that you request. We ask for this information so that we can enhance your visit to our Site, to fulfill your subscription request, or to follow up with you after your visit. When you subscribe to the Site, we will collect credit card information, including card number, card type, cardholder name, billing address and expiration date, so that we may bill you for subscription services arranged through our Site. Upon subscribing, we will request that you create a User ID and Password. Each time you access the subscription section of the Site you will be asked to enter this information.
Your credit card information is kept on file so that we may bill you monthly for the subscription services you purchase. Your credit card information will be stored on our servers and your credit card will be charged monthly until you unsubscribe. Upon receiving notice of your desire to unsubscribe, we will unsubscribe you within 30 days of our receipt of such notice. Until you unsubscribe for subscription services, your credit card will continue to be billed monthly. In cases where we collect and store this information, you have requested that we do so.
If you do not have a subscription with us, we will only collect your name, and email address, if you provide it to us.
Use of Your Information
The information you provide to us will be kept confidential and used only by us and our third party providers. It will not be passed to third parties for their marketing purposes. When you subscribe to the Site, we will use a third party provider to process your credit card information. The provider charges your credit card monthly. Though the provider has represented to us that it uses industry standard security protocols to restrict physical as well as electronic access to your credit card information, we do not guarantee the security of your information when processed by the third party provider.
Your Right to Choose
Any information that Food, Fitness, First, Inc. collects from you on the Site is information that you specifically and voluntarily provide. You may choose not to provide any or all of the information that is requested on the Site. By so choosing, however, you may limit your ability to receive some or all of the services generally offered to users of the Site. Access to Your Information
Upon request, we will take reasonable efforts to provide you with access to your information to review it for accuracy and make any modifications that you deem appropriate. Transfer of Business Assets
As part of our business strategy, we might acquire, buy or merge with other businesses or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that Food, Fitness, First, Inc. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information will be one of the transferred assets.
